Founded in Northern Virginia in October 1991, ODF is a philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting educational, charitable, and cultural initiatives that enrich both underserved populations and the broader community of Prince William County, Virginia, and its surrounding areas.
For nearly 35 years, ODF has contributed $260,000 in scholarships and charitable grants, empowering local youth and strengthening community-based organizations.
ODF is a 100% volunteer-led, powered by a dedicated membership of women committed to advancing educational, charitable, and cultural initiatives. Through strategic partnerships and fundraising, we provide vital support to the community year after year. Each year, ODF helps fund programs and events that make a difference—including after-school enrichment, opportunities for college-bound students, health and wellness activities, and special events for local families, senior citizens, and veterans.
